Dialysis patients depend on consistent, reliable transportation three to four times per week. At RK For Transportation LLC, we understand that missing a dialysis appointment is not an option. Our recurring ride scheduling system makes it easy to set up your weekly dialysis transportation. Whether you need rides on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or on a different schedule, we will create a standing reservation that ensures a vehicle is always ready for you. You book once, and we handle the rest.

We partner with dialysis centers across the Ann Arbor area, including DaVita Dialysis Centers and hospital-based dialysis units at Michigan Medicine and St. Joseph Mercy. Our drivers know these facilities well and understand the unique needs of dialysis patients, including the fatigue that can follow treatment.

We know that dialysis sessions do not always end on schedule. If your treatment runs late, our drivers will wait for you. We maintain open communication with dialysis center staff to stay informed about your session status, so you never have to worry about being stranded after treatment.

All of our vehicles are clean, sanitized, and climate-controlled for your comfort. Many of our dialysis patients use wheelchairs, and our ADA-accessible vans are equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems. Whether you walk independently or require wheelchair assistance, we are ready to help.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and private pay. Most Michigan Medicaid Health Plans cover dialysis transportation as a medically necessary service. Our billing team will work with your insurance to verify coverage and handle the paperwork, so you can focus on your health.
