Our drivers understand the unique needs of elderly passengers. They are trained to provide hands-on assistance, including helping seniors walk from their front door to the vehicle, navigating stairs and uneven surfaces, and ensuring they are comfortably seated with seatbelts properly fastened. For seniors who use walkers, canes, or wheelchairs, our drivers will secure mobility aids and assist with transfers.

We offer true door-to-door service, which goes beyond simple curbside pickup. Our drivers will come to your door, assist you to the vehicle, and walk you to the entrance of your destination. At the end of your appointment, they will meet you at the facility entrance and assist you all the way back inside your home. This level of care gives both seniors and their families peace of mind.

Many of our senior clients need regular transportation to doctor appointments, specialist visits, physical therapy sessions, dental appointments, and eye care. We offer recurring ride scheduling, so you can set up a weekly or monthly transportation plan. We also provide rides for personal errands, pharmacy pickups, grocery shopping, and family visits.

Communication with family members is important to us. With your permission, we can notify family members when you have been picked up and when you have arrived safely at your destination. This is especially valuable for adult children who live out of the area and want to stay informed about their parent's transportation.

Our vehicles are clean, sanitized, and climate-controlled for your comfort. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and private pay, and our team will help you navigate your transportation benefits.
